P.S. Start tanning nipples (heard it helps) - DO NOT SCRUB.

Jungle Juice Recipe:
- 1 litre Apple / Berry Juice (I find that Appleberry and Cranberry & Cherry are the nicest)
- 2 litres water
- 1 Sachet Blackcurrant Rehidrate (you can buy this from Pick n Pay in the baby and / or medicine section or from Dischem)
- 60ml Blackthornberry Elixir (this is in the Homeopathic section)
- 10 drops Rescue Remedy (per glass) – this is optional but it really helps
